目的 为控制体重,保障飞行人员健康,提高招飞合格率,探讨合宜的措施。方法 ①自制体重咨询表对现役飞行人员319人进行晚餐进食量、从晚餐到入睡之间时间的调查,探讨与体重的关系。②对招飞体检中体重过重和体重不足的33名青年学生进行4个月~6个月的双向控制,以验证上述调查结果的可靠性和可行性。结果①在319名飞行人员中体重超重的59人中,有55人从晚餐后到入睡的时间在4h以内,占体重超重人数的93.2%;体重不足的96人中,有87人从晚餐后到入睡的时间为6h以上,占体重不足人数的90.6%。②经体重双向控制4个月~6个月的实践证明,体重超重的6人均全部减轻体重3.0kg~11.0kg。体重不足的14人均有增重1.0kg~9.0kg。另外13人因各种原因未实施增重和降重措施。结论 控制晚餐饮食质量和从晚餐后到入睡的时间,确实可影响体重的增减。
The purpose is to control the weight, to protect the health of pilots, improve the passing rate of strokes, to explore appropriate measures. Conclusion Controlling the quality of dinner diets and the time from after dinner to falling asleep can indeed affect weight gain or loss.
