2008年9月,由美国次贷危机引发了世界性金融危机,受其影响,世界经济至今仍然呈现出不稳定的样态。一方面,以日本为代表的发达国家,国内经济停滞不前;一方面,以中国为代表的发展中国家,经济呈现结构性的调整,市场的准入标准、劳动成本在不断提高。企业的特性是追求最大利润,国内外经济环境的变化,无疑会对企业产生深刻的影响。本文以在华日资企业(以下简称:日企)为研究对象,从动态变化的角度出发,探讨在现阶段,企业的内在变化对日语教育产生的负面影响,进而为日语教育的可持续性改革乃至大学生的就业提供参考。
In September 2008, the global financial crisis triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis affected the world economy so far. It still shows an unstable pattern. On the one hand, the developed countries represented by Japan have stagnated their domestic economy. On the one hand, the developing countries represented by China have seen structural adjustments in the economy, market access standards and labor costs rising. The characteristics of an enterprise are the pursuit of maximum profits, changes in the economic environment at home and abroad, will undoubtedly have a profound impact on the enterprise. In this paper, the author studies the Japanese-funded enterprises in China (hereinafter referred to as the Japanese companies) and studies the negative impact of the inherent changes of the enterprises on Japanese education at the present stage from the perspective of the dynamic changes, and further studies the sustainability of Japanese education Reform and employment of college students provide a reference.
