智能传感器已成为当今传感器技术的一个主要发展方向。高性能、高可靠性的多功能复杂自动、测控系统以及基于电子标签即射频识别(RFID)技术以“物”的识别为基础的物联网的兴起与发展,愈发凸显了具有感知、认知能力的智能传感器的重要性及其大力、快速发展的迫切性。智能传感器首先借助于其传感单元,感知待测量,并将之转换成相应的电信号。该信号通过放大、滤波等调理后,经过A/D转换,接着基于应用算法进行信号处理,获得待测量大小等相关信息。然后,将分析结果保存起来,通过接口将它们交给现场用户或借助于通信将之告知给系统或上位机等。
