脉宽3—5s的HT-7低杂波负高压电源已经建成。针对电源设计的难点,交流侧采用脉冲发电机组-电网联合供电,超长脉冲的脉宽控制采用“直流侧瞬时合闸-交流侧延时分闸”,快速保护依靠撬棒完成。进一步设计了交流供电的软起动,解决了直流合闸时的过电压问题。两套电源均已在假负载上调到-35kV、40A的额定指标,接上速调管负载后,成功地进行了HT-7装置首轮低杂波电流驱动实验。
The pulse width of 3-5s HT-7 low noise negative high voltage power supply has been completed. In view of the difficulty of power supply design, the pulse generator-grid combined power supply is adopted on the AC side. The pulse width control of the extra-long pulse adopts “DC-side instantaneous closing - AC side delay opening”, and rapid protection relies on crowbar. Further design of the soft-start AC power supply, to solve the DC over-voltage problem. The two sets of power supply have been adjusted to -35kV, 40A rated load on the dummy load. After connecting to the klystron load, the first round of low-clutter current driving experiment of HT-7 device was successfully carried out.
