Creating outstanding personal qualities is an important part of strengthening the construction of the ruling cadre team. This article discusses the important meaning and the main connotation of promoting outstanding traditional morality. It analyzes five outstanding qualities that party members and cadres must possess in the new period, and proposes four ways to perfect the outstanding personal qualities.
