社会的发展进步都是在人际交往中实现的,任何的社会活动都与人际交往有直接或间接的联系,交往能力是一个人生存生活的基本需求。幼儿园教育是孩子们长大成熟、走向社会、融入社会的关键时期,是培养幼儿社会交往的重要阶段,幼儿只有通过学校老师的教育和与同龄人交往以及周边人际交往圈等因素的影响,才会发现自我,形成独立的人生观、价值观和社会观,完成社会化的转型,为将来的社会生活打下坚实的基础。由此看来,重视幼儿教育中社会交往能力的培养,发现当下幼儿园教育中存在的问题,针对问题找出解决的办法对策,是每一个幼儿教师不可忽视的一个重要环节。
