糖皮质激素因其作用广泛,目前被临床广泛使用。但同时也由于作用复杂,不良反应多且严重,在使用过程中必须注意以下几点。1在使用本类药物时,必须严格掌握适应症,防止滥用,避免产生不良反应和并发症,以便使此类药物在某些疾病的抢救和治疗中起到应有的作用。2大剂量或长期应用本类药物,可引起类肾上腺皮质机能亢进,引起代谢紊乱。表现为向心性肥胖、满月脸、水牛背、皮肤及皮下组织变薄、痤疮、多毛、低血钾、肌无力、浮肿、高血压、高血脂、糖尿、胃及十二指肠溃
