采用电泳法和微核技术,检测了激光对小麦L1代的诱变效应。电泳分析表明;激光确有提高酯酶活性的作用,研究结果还表明,激光能诱发小麦L1和L2代性状的变异。对L1代有促进生长的作用,在L2出现较多数量的高突变。处理中以15W的CO2激光诱变效果最好。
Using electrophoresis and micronucleus technology, the mutagenic effects of laser on wheat L1 were detected. Electrophoresis analysis showed that the laser did enhance esterase activity, and the results also showed that laser induced the variation of L1 and L2 generation traits. L1 on behalf of the role of promoting growth in L2 there is a higher number of high mutations. The treatment of 15W CO2 laser mutagenesis best.
