随着经济体制改革的深入发展,所有的企业无不面临着优胜劣汰的激烈竞争。对于我们这样一个设备陈旧、工艺落后的老企业来说,进行正确的科学决策,已经成为一个求生存、求发展的关键性问题。决策,是领导者的基本职能,所有的生产经营管理活动,都贯穿着一系列的决策。进行正确的决策,就要使经验性决策转到科学性决策上。进行科学性决策是由两个方面决定的,一是要由参谋机构运用科学的决策技术;二是要由领导者运用科学的思维方法决断。同时还必须实行严格的科学决策程序来作保证。我们厂的决策参谋
