近十多年来,国内外已普遍采用冷冻治疗口腔颌面部疾病,在治疗口腔颌面部良性及恶性肿瘤方面已取得初步成效,但对治疗口腔粘膜疾病的报道较少。我们从1975年开始应用液氮低温治疗几种常见的口腔粘膜病共150余例,兹将随访5年以上的76例远期疗效报道如下。 临床资料 本组所选择的病例是临床上较常见的口腔粘膜白斑、扁平苔藓、慢性唇炎、龈炎、舌炎等。这些病例都具有典型的临床体征,且经用药物及其他方法久治无效或疗效不佳者。
