国家经贸委最近发布了《“十五”工业结构调整规划纲要》。这是我国进入新世纪后第一个以结构调整为主线、覆盖整个工业领域的中长期规划总纲。根据《纲要》 ,有色金属行业在企业结构调整方面 ,要通过上市、兼并、联合、重组等形式 ,发展一批具有国际竞争力的大公司和公司集团
The State Economic and Trade Commission recently released the “Outline for the Adjustment of the Industrial Structure of the “Tenth Five-Year Plan Period.” This is the first major program for medium and long-term planning after China entered the new century with structural adjustment as the main line and covering the entire industrial sector. According to the “Outline”, the non-ferrous metals industry must adopt a form of listing, mergers, alliances, reorganizations, etc. to develop a batch of large companies and corporate groups that have international competitiveness.
