劳动者是生产力诸要素中起决定作用的要素,是企业生产经营的主体。要搞活企业,发展企业生产力,最根本的就是要把企业职工的生产积极性调动起来。目前,越来越多的企业认识到,企业文化建设是调动职工积极性的一个有效形式和内容。我国是人民当家作主的社会主义国家。社会主义生产资料公有制的性质决定了职工是企业的主人。作为主人,理所当然地应当为提高企业经济效益,发展企业生产力,满足人民群众(包括劳动者本身)日益增长的物质文化需要尽职尽责,贡献自己的力量。我认为,职工强烈的主人翁意识应构成社会主义企业精神的核心和灵魂。近几年企业中出现的种种不正常状况向我们提出:必须寻求有效的途径对职工企业主人翁精神加以重塑,充分调动职工的积极性,把爱国、爱厂同自己的职业实践有机地结合起来,更好地发展企业生产力。
Workers are the decisive factor in the various factors of productivity and the main body of production and management of enterprises. To revitalize enterprises and develop enterprise productivity, the most fundamental thing is to mobilize the production enthusiasm of employees. At present, more and more companies recognize that corporate culture construction is an effective form and content that mobilizes the enthusiasm of employees. Our country is a socialist country where the people are the masters of the country. The nature of the public ownership of socialist means of production determines that employees are the masters of the enterprise. As a master, it is natural that we should contribute our efforts to improving the economic efficiency of enterprises, developing enterprise productivity, satisfying the increasing material and cultural needs of the people (including the laborers themselves). I believe that the strong sense of ownership of employees should constitute the core and soul of the socialist enterprise spirit. In recent years, various kinds of abnormalities in the enterprise have been proposed to us: we must seek effective ways to reshape the ownership of employees, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, and organically combine patriotism and love of plants with their own professional practices. Better develop business productivity.
