校内生产性实训基地建设与运行机制的探索

分析了校内生产性实训基地的内涵与主要功能,强调了加强校内生产性基地建设,是提高高职人才培养质量和竞争力的有效途径。结合化学制药技术专业校内实训基地建设思路,提出了校内生产性实训基地的建设要求与建设方案,阐述校内生产性实训基地的建设对于培养优秀高技能人才、高职院校服务地方经济建设具有重要意义。

The connotation and main functions of the productive training base in school are analyzed. It is emphasized that strengthening the construction of the productive base in the school is an effective way to improve the training quality and competitiveness of higher vocational education. Combining with the construction of training base for chemical technology, this paper puts forward the construction requirement and construction plan of productive training base in school, and expounds the construction of productive training base in school.
