目的探讨口腔颌面部缺损应用游离皮瓣移植修复的价值。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月治疗的口腔颌面部缺损患者55例,随机分为实验组30例和对照组25例,对照组采取带蒂额肌皮瓣进行修复,实验组采取游离前臂皮瓣进行修复,比较两组修复后的创面愈合情况及不良反应发生情况,计数资料采用χ~2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实验组Ⅰ期愈合率53.3%、对照组40.0%,Ⅲ期愈合率10.0%、对照组24.0%,愈合不良率3.3%、对照组20.0%,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=4.963、6.328、8.459,均P<0.05)。结论口腔颌面部缺损应用游离皮瓣移植修复的临床效果显著,能促进创面愈合,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of free flap transplantation for oral and maxillofacial defects. Methods 55 patients with oral and maxillofacial defects treated from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 25). The control group was treated with pedicled frontal myocutaneous flap for repair. The experimental group The free forearm flap was repaired. The wound healing and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Chi-square test was used to count data. The difference was statistically significant at P <0.05. Results The primary healing rate was 53.3% in the experimental group, 40.0% in the control group, 10.0% in the third stage, 24.0% in the control group, 3.3% in the non-performing healing rate and 20.0% in the control group (χ ~ 2 = 4.963 , 6.328,8.459, all P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of free flap transplantation for oral and maxillofacial defects is significant, which can promote wound healing and has certain clinical value.
