如何避免突发事件的出现,是整个社会及消防组织部门急需探讨和解决的问题,其考验的是我国现行应急体系建设是否完善,我们消防基层组织是否具备应付此类突发事件的能力问题。本文主要针对消防基层组织处置突发事件时所存在的问题和不足,提出相应的处理对策,以提升消防基层组织处置突发事件的能力,从而为我国消防基层组织在应对突发事件方面的体系建设奠定基础。
