习近平同志以马克思主义哲学的敏锐眼光,客观全面地考察我国与世界经济发展的新情况、新特征,指出中国经济发展已经进入新常态。这一科学论断客观准确,全面深刻。从马克思主义哲学的视角解读,可以看出,新常态是我国经济发展的一种新变化、新进程、新特征;新常态是经济发展内在矛盾运动的必然结果和自然进程;发挥人的主观能动性就必须立足现实,遵循规律,正确地认识、顺应和引领新常态的发展。
With a keen eye for Marxist philosophy, Comrade Xi Jinping investigated objectively and comprehensively the new situation and new characteristics in the economic development of our country and the world and pointed out that China’s economic development has entered a new normal. This scientific conclusion objectively accurate, comprehensive and profound. From the perspective of Marxist philosophy, we can see that the new normal is a new change, a new process and a new feature of our country’s economic development. The new normal is the inevitable result and natural process of the inherent contradictions in economic development. We must base ourselves on reality and follow the law to correctly understand, adapt and lead the development of the new normal.
