Electroplating pewter anode in foreign countries has long been widely used in chrome, while in the domestic chrome-plated anode is still using lead-plated anode. The disadvantage of this kind of anode is that it is easy to be etched by the chrome plating solution and a large amount of muddy lead chromate is formed on the surface of the anode, which influences the conductivity of the anode. The anode must be often scrubbed and the anode has a short service life. At the same time, when the anode area of chrome plating is smaller than the cathode area, the content of trivalent chromium in the bath rises rapidly. In order to improve the performance of chrome-plated anodes, improve the life of the anode, after the test, the original for the chrome-plated anodized lead-plated tin anodized tin anode, in the production of good results. The following describes the chrome-plated anodized lead-tin alloy process, as well as the advantages and economic benefits of using an electroplated lead-tin alloy anode.
