若是比较幸福家庭与问题家庭,我们一定可以看出其中最大的差异是它们之间的气氛。幸福家庭经常是在一个安祥、快乐、放松的气氛中;反之问题家庭却是显得冷漠、拘束、痛苦。为何幸福家庭可以营造出这些气氛,而问题家庭却是令人觉得窒息?原因当然很多,但是其中一个最容易让人忽略的就是“家庭仪式”。有个学生跟我请假,原因是他的姐姐过生日,而他们家的习惯是家中的亲人过生日时,每个人都应当回去向他庆祝。我欣然同意他的请求,一方面是因为这个学生一向很老实,另一方面是我很高兴他们家里有如此的庆祝生日的“仪式”。我也深信,这个生日仪式固然有点小题大作,但却能因此可以把全家人凝聚在一起。有些人的家庭过中秋时,子女一定要回到
If we compare a happy family with a problem family, we can surely see that the biggest difference among them is the atmosphere between them.
