辽宁省大连市总工会孙娜报道近日,辽宁省大连市机械行业召开一届五次职工代表大会,124名行业职工代表出席大会,审议通过了《大连市机械行业工资专项集体合同(草案)》。双方首席代表在文本上现场签字。大连市人力资源和社会保障局工作人员当场审核,该《集体合同》即刻生效。据该《集体合同》规定,2016年大连市机械行业16个技术工种职工的最低工资标准在2015年的基础上上浮5%,生产经营正常的企业职工工资增幅原则上不低于3%。
