在社会逐步发展的过程中,市场经济主体企业在不断发展自己经济效益的过程中逐步提高思想政治工作的建设。企业的思想政治工作主要包括科学发展观、构建和谐社会观、可持续发展、社会主义荣辱观。对新时期企业发展来说,思想政治工作其实就是一项转化以及改造人们思想观念的工作。针对这项工作的特殊性,企业的思想政治队伍必须具有较高的综合素养。本文就全面提高新时期企业政工队伍的素质与建设进行简单分析。
In the process of gradual development of society, the main players in the market economy gradually improve their ideological and political work in the process of continuously developing their own economic benefits. The ideological and political work in enterprises mainly includes the scientific concept of development, the concept of building a harmonious society, the concept of sustainable development and the socialist concept of honor and disgrace. For the development of enterprises in the new era, ideological and political work is actually a work of transforming and rebuilding people’s ideas and concepts. In view of the particularity of this work, the ideological and political ranks of enterprises must have a high comprehensive quality. This article makes a simple analysis on improving the quality and construction of the contingent of political work in the new era in an all-round way.
