1987～1990年我院共收治儿童支原体肺炎108例,其中误诊18例(16.7%),现分析如下。临床资料男8例,女10例。3～7岁9例,～13岁9例。高热13例,其中8例以夜间为著并伴盗汗、乏力、剧烈咳嗽,2例咯血。7例持续性头痛和间断呕吐,2例惊厥,1例指趾发作性疼痛。萎糜18例,扁桃体Ⅰ～Ⅱ~(?)肿大16例,两肺呼吸音粗糙13例,另5例有少许湿罗音。巴氏征阳性5例。1例表现为尿少、皮肤发花、四肢冰凉、血压及脉压差下降。1例突然
1987 to 1990 in our hospital were treated 108 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, misdiagnosis in 18 cases (16.7%), are analyzed as follows. Clinical data of 8 males and 10 females. 9 cases of 3-7 years old, 9 cases of ~ 13 years old. High fever in 13 cases, of which 8 cases were accompanied by night sweats, fatigue, severe cough, 2 cases of hemoptysis. 7 cases of persistent headache and intermittent vomiting, 2 cases of convulsion, and 1 case of finger toe episodic pain. 18 cases of vertebra chyme, tonsils Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ ~ (?) Enlargement in 16 cases, two lungs rough breathing sounds in 13 cases, the other 5 cases have a little wet rales. Pakistan sign positive in 5 cases. 1 case showed less urine, skin flowers, cold limbs, blood pressure and pulse pressure decreased. 1 case suddenly
