目的:探讨人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用。方法:选取2014年2月~2015年2月我院收治的174例患者为研究对象,均选择手术治疗,随机抽取87例为对照组行常规护理,另87例为研究组行人性化护理,比较两组护理的效果。结果:研究组的护理质量平均评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前1d,研究组和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),进入手术室后,对照组高于术前1d,高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理中应用人性化护理,提高了护理满意度,保证了护理质量,值得在临床上推广。
Objective: To explore the application of humanized nursing in operating room nursing. Methods: A total of 174 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected for surgery. 87 patients were randomly selected as the control group for routine nursing care, while the other 87 patients for the study group were treated with humane nursing care. Compare the effect of two groups of nursing. Results: The average score of nursing quality in study group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between study group and control group on the first day before operation (P> 0.05) Afterwards, the control group was higher than the preoperative one day, higher than the study group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of humanized nursing in operating room nursing improves the nursing satisfaction and guarantees the quality of nursing. It is worth to be popularized clinically.
