本文研究丙烯腈(AN)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)和甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAS)在硫氰酸钠水溶液中的共聚反应;从共聚反应的基本反应和速率方程出发,结合连续搅拌釜(CSTR)设计方程,利用操作条件大致与生产实践偏离不远的实验型CSTR中所测得的实验数据,将理论计算值与实测值对比,以各单体的转化率和产品的平均分子量综合出目标函数,用计算机分析定出各反应速率常数;测得AN和MAS的单体竞聚率;最后,利用马尔柯夫(Mar kov)概率过程推求聚合度分布和序列分布。
In this paper, the copolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN), methyl acrylate (MA) and sodium methacryl sulfonate (MAS) in aqueous solution of sodium thiocyanate was studied. Based on the basic reaction and rate equation of copolymerization, (CSTR), using experimental data measured in an experimental CSTR operating roughly at a distance from production practice, comparing the theoretical calculated value with the measured value, taking the conversion of each monomer and the average molecular weight of the product as a whole The objective function was obtained. The reaction rate constant was determined by computer analysis. The monomer reactivity ratio of AN and MAS was measured. Finally, the Mar kov probability process was used to deduce the polymerization degree distribution and sequence distribution.
