高校教师的素质直接决定着高等教育的发展水平,在经济全球化背景下,人才的竞争日趋激烈,这就需要高校培养出更多的高技能人才,以适应全球化发展的需要。尤其是我国加入WTO后,新的教育观念为我国高等教育注入了新的活力,对高等教育的发展具有重要意义。本文结合全球化对高等教育带来的影响,针对高校体育教师如何提高自身素质以适应新时代的要求进行了分析。
The quality of college teachers directly determines the level of development of higher education. Under the background of economic globalization, the competition for talents is becoming increasingly fierce. This requires colleges and universities to train more highly-skilled personnel to meet the needs of globalization. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO, the new concept of education has infused new vitality into our higher education and is of great significance to the development of higher education. Combining with the impact of globalization on higher education, this paper analyzes how PE teachers in colleges and universities can improve themselves to meet the requirements of the new era.
