引起流产的原因很多,但所能观察到的遗传因素,主要是染色体异常。近年来,细胞遗传学的研究,发现具有平衡易位的夫妇容易造成流产。最近,我们发现一例罕见的染色体异常,染色体核型为46xyt(2;5)(2pter→2q13::5p15→5pter;5qter→5p15::2q13→2ter)(见附图)现报告如下。患者,男,30岁,因其爱人流产三次,夫妇来我院就诊,经检查其它正常,做染色体检查,女方核型为46xx,未见异常,男方为46xyt(2;5) 家系情况:母亲生育三胎,未有流产史,兄妹三人,哥姐已都有一子,都未有过流产的病史。
Abortion caused by many reasons, but the observed genetic factors, mainly chromosomal abnormalities. In recent years, cytogenetic studies have found that couples with a balanced translocation are prone to miscarriage. Recently, we found a rare case of chromosomal abnormality with a chromosomal karyotype of 46xyt (2; 5) (2pter → 2q13 :: 5p15 → 5ter; 5qter → 5p15 :: 2q13 → 2ter) (see attached). Patients, male, 30 years old, because of lover abortion three times, the couple came to our hospital for treatment, after checking the other normal, do chromosomal examination, the woman karyotype is 46xx, no abnormalities, the man is 46xyt (2; Three childbirth, abortion history, brother and sister three, brother sister has a son, have not had a history of abortion.
