针对环境恶劣地区公路安全保障中集中救援力量薄弱、紧急救援系统落后、常规救援系统建设成本高昂的特征,研究提出以“快速告知、社会救援”为公路安全保障的核心策略,将社会化救援方式纳入紧急救援体系中。研究引入了Ad hoc技术,利用Ad hoc网络无中心、自组织、多跳路由、动态拓扑的技术特点,以Java语言为系统开发工具,集成了大功率无线AP、车载逆变电源器、移动处理设备、定制天线等核心硬件设备,形成交通救援移动ad hoc网络节点样机。系统的测试结果和实际应用结果均显示,在有效覆盖范围内,所开发的试验样机在不依赖任何已有固定通信设施的条件下,能够提供稳定的持续转发的通信服务,有效弥补了环境恶劣地区(尤其是山区)常规通信设施缺乏给紧急救援工作带来的限制,为该类地区交通事故信息的发布与紧急救援体系的构建提供了一种新的选择。

The system test results and practical application results show that within the effective coverage, the developed prototype can provide stable and continuous forwarding communication service without relying on any existing fixed communication facilities, effectively making up for the bad environment The lack of regular communication facilities in the area (especially in mountainous areas) has brought the restriction on emergency rescue work, and provided a new choice for the release of traffic accident information and the construction of emergency rescue system in such areas.
