首次研究了在Al2O3/Nb的钎焊界面之间加入一层金属Mo网,可大幅度提高接头的热震抗力,经用Ni51Ti49钎料焊接后,700℃淬水后的剩余强度达到了不加网的焊后强度,强度提高了180%以上,用Cu52Ni18Ti30钎料焊接并加Mo网后,700℃淬水后的剩余强度也提高了130%以上。接头断裂特征明显不同,分析认为金属网的加入显著降低了钎焊界面的残余应力。
For the first time, it has been studied that adding a layer of metallic Mo mesh between the brazing interfaces of Al2O3 / Nb can greatly increase the thermal shock resistance of the joints. After welding with Ni51Ti49 brazing filler metal, the residual strength after quenching at 700 ℃ The post-weld strength and strength of the mesh have been increased by more than 180%. After welding with a Cu52Ni18Ti30 solder and adding a Mo mesh, the residual strength after quenching at 700 ° C is also increased by more than 130%. The fracture characteristics of the joints are obviously different. The analysis shows that the addition of metal mesh significantly reduces the residual stress at the brazing interface.
