目的为观察流通蒸汽消毒柜杀菌效果。采用载体定量杀菌试验和悬液定量试验方法,观察了流通蒸汽消毒柜在满载工作状态下的杀菌效果。结果流通蒸汽柜在满载餐具条件下,柜内上中下三层平均温度在98℃~103℃时,消毒作用20 m in,对各层玻片上污染的大肠杆菌平均杀灭率达到100%;在相同条件下,对悬液内脊髓灰质炎病毒灭活率达到99.99%以上。结论流通蒸汽柜在常压蒸汽达到98℃以上,在柜内装满餐具条件下,对布放在上中下三层的玻片上细菌和悬液内病毒都能达到有效杀灭,满足消毒指标要求。
The purpose is to observe the sterilization effect of steaming sterilizer. Quantitative bactericidal test of carrier and quantitative test of suspension were used to observe the bactericidal effect of circulating steam sterilizer at full load. Results In the condition of full load of tableware, the disinfection effect was 20 min when the average temperature of upper and lower three layers in the cabinet was between 98 ℃ and 103 ℃, and the average killing rate of E. coli contaminated on each slide was 100%. Under the same conditions, the inactivation rate of the poliovirus in the suspension reached more than 99.99%. Conclusion Flow steam cabinet at atmospheric pressure steam to reach above 98 ℃, in the cabinet full of cutlery conditions, placed on the upper and lower glass slides on the three layers of bacteria and viruses can effectively kill the suspension to meet the disinfection indicators Claim.
