“有情有义有利,同心同行同赢”:我们与企业的合作追求的是“同赢”;我们与广告公司的合作追求的是“同赢”;我们尊重观众的收视习惯安排广告的做法也是一种“同赢”;我们与各兄弟台的合作上,追求的更是一种“同赢”。去年6月19日中央电视台在上海召开的“媒体/企业/广告公司互动研讨会”上首次提出了“以客户为中心”的新的广告经营策略。对中央电视台来讲,这是一个重大的转折。此后,围绕“以客户为中心”这一策略,我们进行了系统的调整,从作业流程到服务规范,都有很大的变化。我们的努力,得到了客户的认可和积极的响应。从去年下半年以来,我们的广告收入一直保持较高的增长速度。具体做法如下:一、加强客户服务的针对性,提高客户服务的有效性我们针对客户的不同需要,不断强化服务的专业化、个性化、差异化,加强客户服务的针对性,提高客户服务的有效性。我们在客户服务上进行了一些创新,这些新举措都取得了相当不错的实效。
