本文介绍了一种生产氮基气氛的简单方法,可以用工业纯N_2和一些水汽混合,通过一层热碳层来制备带微量H_2及CO的氮基气氛。将钢箔置于在不同条件下制备的氮基气氛中加热,根据加热后试样的表面状况、重量变化、以及显微组织,研究了这些氮基气氛对钢箔碳含量的影响,其结果说明如下。 (1)以这种方法生产的氮基气氛,水汽含量在0.5%以上时也能有效地防止钢的氧化。 (2)氮基气氛的碳势随水份加入量的
This article presents a simple method for producing a nitrogen-based atmosphere that can be mixed with commercially pure N 2 and some water vapor to produce a nitrogen-based atmosphere with a trace amount of H 2 and CO through a layer of hot carbon. The steel foil was heated in a nitrogen-based atmosphere prepared under different conditions, and the effect of these nitrogen-based atmospheres on the carbon content of the steel foil was studied according to the surface condition, the weight change and the microstructure of the sample after heating. The results described as follows. (1) The nitrogen-based atmosphere produced by this method can effectively prevent the oxidation of steel even when the water vapor content is 0.5% or more.
