随着社会发展对人才要求的加大,合作意识成为了当前社会不可或缺的要素。而作为新课程标准下三大学习方式之一的合作式学习,不仅仅在形式上有别于传统教学,同时在内容上也是值得深入探讨研究的。为此,本文从合作式学习实施误区及成因分析出发,包括教师理解不透彻,组织不力、学生唯我独尊,合作困难以及组织形式随意,平淡无味三个方面,然后就如何构建初中语文合作式学习正确方法从营造和谐氛围,创设合作条件、建立开放课堂,促进个性学习、组织课堂争论,培养创新精神几个方面进行了深入的探讨。希望为今后促进初中语文合作式学习奠定一个具有参考价值的文献基础,提升初中语文教学效果。
With the social development of personnel requirements increase, awareness of cooperation has become an indispensable element in the current society. As one of the three major learning methods under the new curriculum standard, cooperative learning is not only formally different from traditional teaching, but also is worth exploring in depth. For this reason, this article starts with the analysis of the mistakes and causes of cooperative learning, including three aspects: lack of thorough understanding of teachers, poor organization, students’ solemnity, cooperation difficulties and organizational forms, The methods discussed in depth from several aspects such as creating a harmonious atmosphere, creating conditions of cooperation, establishing open classrooms, promoting individual learning, organizing class debates and cultivating innovative spirits. Hope for the future promotion of junior high school language cooperation learning to lay a reference value of the literature base to enhance junior high school Chinese teaching effectiveness.
