一位对档案利用深有体会的工程师 上海延安东路隧道自1989年5月1日正式运营以来,交通流量逐年递增。尽管近年来,黄浦江上相继架起了南浦大桥、杨浦大桥,但是也许由于延安东路隧道位于浦江两岸中心地带的缘故吧,现有的双车道通车量日渐饱和。鉴于这样的情状,为了进一步开发浦东,建设浦东,促进上海的城市基础设施建设,上海市政府遂在1993年9月,正式决定建造延安东路隧道复线。
An experienced engineer on the use of files Yan’an East Road Tunnel in Shanghai since May 1, 1989 formal operation, the traffic volume increased year by year. Despite the succession of Nanpu Bridge and Yangpu Bridge on the Huangpu River in recent years, the existing two-lane traffic volume may have become increasingly saturated due to the fact that Yan’an East Road Tunnel is located in the center of both banks of the river. In view of such circumstances, in order to further develop Pudong, build Pudong and promote Shanghai’s urban infrastructure construction, the Shanghai municipal government formally decided in September 1993 to build a double-track Yan’an East Road Tunnel.
