A new batch of university graduates came to our office and were arranged for work in the proofreading group and mass work department respectively. These young people are not reassured and they always want to engage in interviews. They think that is the first line of journalism so that people can be trained. If the masses work hard, they seem to be buried with talents. Is it only the interview that is the forefront of journalism? This is certainly not the case. It should be said that proofreading and mass work are equally front-line. Proofreading group is the first line of the newspaper publishing checks, the Department of Mass Work Department is the first contact with the masses
