心钠素(ANF)是近年发现的心脏内分泌多肽,存在于心房、脑、肺、胃肠道、胰等组织中,含量右心房较左心房高1～2倍,右心耳最高,具有多种生物活性,在健康动物及人体均有显著的排钠利尿松弛血管平滑肌及抑制醛固酮分泌的作用,而不同种疾病血浆心钠素水平各异。笔者对8例慢性肾功能不全患者的血浆 ANF 进行放免测定,报告如下。
