目的探讨中西医结合治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将120例扁平疣患者分为对照组62例,治疗组58例,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药外敷,比较两者的临床疗效及0.5 a后复发率。结果中西医结合治疗组疗效优于西医组,治疗后0.5 a内复发率治疗组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西药结合治疗扁平疣疗效肯定,可缩短疗程并显著降低扁平疣的复发率。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of flat warts. Methods A total of 120 patients with flat warts were divided into control group (n = 62), treatment group (n = 58) and control group (n = 60). Western medicine group was used on the basis of the control group. Clinical efficacy and recurrence rate after 0.5 years were compared between the two groups. Results The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group was superior to Western medicine group. The recurrence rate within 0.5 a after treatment was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine treatment of flat warts affirmative effect, can shorten the course of treatment and significantly reduce the recurrence rate of flat warts.
