作者就黄斑疾病的电生理改变进行了综述。采用电生理方法可以对视网膜的黄斑部功能进行较为准确的测定。但是由于不同作者采用的刺激条件不尽相同,而且所观察黄斑病变的种类各异,以及病程、病变范围不同等原因,故而尚难以比较出哪一种检查方法最敏感,持异性最强。目前一般认为局部ERG、PVEP、PERG、闪烁光VEP、明适应闪烁光ERG等检查对于黄斑部功能测定较敏感,联合应用则可以提高检查的阳性率。
The authors reviewed the electrophysiological changes of macular degeneration. Using electrophysiological methods can be more accurate determination of the macular function of the retina. However, due to the different stimulus conditions used by different authors, and the observed macular degeneration of different types, as well as the course of disease, the scope of the lesion and other reasons, it is difficult to compare which inspection method is the most sensitive, strongest heterosexual. It is generally believed that the local ERG, PVEP, PERG, flashing light VEP, bright adaptability flashes ERG and other tests for the macular function tests are more sensitive to the joint application can improve the positive rate of examination.
