《票据法》作为规范票据行为,调整票据关系的法律规范,在市场经济活动中是不可缺少的重要法律规范之一,对现代市场经济秩序的维护和票据活动中当事人合法权益的保障都具有重要作用。但是我国的票据立法相对西方各国而言比较落后,且现行票据法规存在多方面的问题,补充和完善我国的票据法规已显得十分必要和紧迫。
As one of the important legal norms that regulate the behavior of bills and adjust the negotiableat paper, the Notes Law is one of the most important legal norms in the market economy. It is important for the maintenance of the modern market economic order and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved in the bill activities effect. However, compared with other countries in the West, the bill legislation in our country is relatively backward, and there are many problems in the existing bill laws and regulations. It is necessary and urgent to supplement and perfect our bills and regulations.
