建筑电气工程作为建筑工程的主要内容之一,在建筑电气工程安装过程中,如果安装企业在设计和操作中存在的不规范行为,将给建筑工程留下极大的安全隐患。因此,建筑电气工程的安装质量问题与应对策略进行探讨具有十分重要的意义。中国正处在经济高速发展的硬性阶段,伴随着建筑物的服务功能不断增加和扩大,对于建筑电气工程质量以及安装工程质量提出了更高的要求,建筑电气工程的质量和安装工程的质量,对于建筑工程的使用功能、竣工后运行的安全可靠程度、投资效益的体现等都有着举重若轻的作用。建筑电气工程包含建筑强电系统和弱电系统,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,建筑工程中对于电气安装整体工程质量及时、完整、准确、有序地加以控制,是一个优良工程建成的前提和基础。本文主要结合相关的施工经验介绍总结了建筑电气工程的安装过程中存在的主要问题,根据建筑电气工程方面安装的质量管理方面的措施作出了一系列的探讨和研究。
As one of the main contents of building engineering, electrical engineering of building is one of the major contents of building engineering. In the process of building electrical engineering installation, there will be a great potential safety hazard to the construction if there is an irregular behavior in the design and operation of the installation company. Therefore, the construction of electrical installation quality problems and coping strategies to explore is of great significance. China is in a rigid stage of rapid economic development. Along with the ever increasing and expanding service functions of buildings, higher demands are placed on the quality of construction electrical engineering and the quality of installation projects. The quality of electrical construction projects and the quality of installation projects, For the use of construction functions, safety and reliability after the completion of the operation, the embodiment of investment returns, etc. all play an irreplaceable role. Building electrical engineering includes building strong electrical system and weak electrical system. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, it is a prerequisite for the construction of excellent project to control the overall quality of electrical installation in a timely, complete, accurate and orderly manner basis. This paper mainly introduces the related construction experience and summarizes the main problems existing in the installation of electrical engineering, and makes a series of discussions and researches based on the measures of quality management installed in electrical engineering.
