目的 探讨心肌损伤时牛磺酸对心肌细胞及血浆中Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 浓度的影响。方法 以异丙肾上素诱导心肌损伤为模型 ,采用原子吸收分光光度法 ,分别测定对照组、Iso组及Tau +Iso组大鼠心肌和血浆中的Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 浓度。结果 Iso组心肌中的Ca2 + 浓度明显高于对照组 ,而牛磺酸能降低心肌升高的Ca2 + 并降低Mg2 + 浓度 ,Tau还有升高血Mg2 + 浓度的作用。结论 牛碘酸对心肌的保护作用可能通过保护心肌膜的功能 ,以及调节心肌细胞中的离子平衡而实现的。
Objective To investigate the effect of taurine on the concentration of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in myocardial cells and plasma during myocardial injury. Methods Myocardial injury induced by isoproterenol was used as a model. The concentrations of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in myocardium and plasma of rats in control group, Iso group and Tau + Iso group were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The concentration of Ca2 + in myocardium in Iso group was significantly higher than that in control group. Taurine decreased the level of Ca2 + in myocardium and decreased the concentration of Mg2 +. Tau also increased the concentration of Mg2 + in blood. Conclusion The protective effect of CPE on myocardium may be achieved by protecting the function of myocardial membrane and regulating the ion balance in myocardial cells.
