在我国工业企业节能技术改造中,蒸汽蓄热器节能技术得到工厂日益广泛的重视和采用。以国内蒸汽蓄热器工程实践中可以看到,虽然在蒸汽蓄热器设计、制造和应用等方面已积累了不少经验,但对某些重要设计参数的选择和计算却无定论。因此,蒸汽蓄热器工程的设计与计算是否合理和正确,在某种程度上还依赖于设计者的个人经验。这为进一步推广应用蒸汽蓄热器增加了不少困难。现就笔者所积累的经验,就常用的卧式蒸汽蓄热器(以下简称蒸汽蓄热器)工程设计与计算中,争论较多的若干问题谈些粗浅的看法,以期引起讨论和研究,从而达到交流经验,改善设计,提高蒸汽蓄热器工程设计的技术经济效果。
In the energy-saving technological transformation of our country’s industrial enterprises, the energy-saving technology of the steam regenerator has been increasingly valued and adopted by factories. It can be seen from the practice of domestic steam regenerators that although many experiences have been accumulated in the design, manufacture and application of steam heat accumulators, the selection and calculation of certain important design parameters is inconclusive. Therefore, whether the design and calculation of the steam regenerator project is reasonable and correct depends, to a certain extent, on the designer’s personal experience. This has added a lot of difficulties to the further application of steam accumulators. Based on the experience accumulated by the author, I will discuss some of the more controversial issues in the design and calculation of commonly used horizontal steam accumulators (hereinafter referred to as steam accumulators) in order to generate discussion and research. To achieve the exchange of experience, improve the design, and improve the technical and economic effects of steam accumulator engineering design.
