实事求是,从实际出发是我们一切工作的基本出发点,党的十一届三中全会以来,总的说,我们比较实事求是了.但是,也应看到我们在工作指导上发生过失误,这当然同有些方面没从实际出发有关. 事实上,我们的干部大多在力图从实际出发,而有时结果往往是背离了客观实际,针对这种动机结果不相一致的状况,怎样使可能转化为现实呢?从当前情况来看,应着重注意以下几个方面.
