建筑结构用钢板以其优良的性能,已经逐步应用于现代钢结构工程中。目前,我国关于钢结构的设计规范中仅有Q345GJ钢的设计指标。为了了解国产建筑结构用钢板的生产情况,补充完整建筑结构用钢板的设计指标,对目前国内主要钢铁企业生产的和钢结构加工企业加工的Q390GJ,Q420GJ和Q460GJ钢进行了调研。调研的内容包括力学性能。同时,开展了独立的材性试验。将这些数据按照不同钢材牌号不同厚度进行分组,对每组钢材的屈服强度数据进行了统计分析。综合考虑上下屈服强度的折减和试验不定性的影响,最终得到了Q390GJ,Q420GJ和Q460GJ钢的材料不定性统计参数。得到的材料不定性参数将作为下一步计算抗力分项系数的基础,为工程设计人员应用这些钢材提供参考。
Building structural steel with its excellent performance, has been gradually applied to modern steel works. At present, China’s design specifications on the steel structure only Q345GJ steel design indicators. In order to understand the production of domestic steel plate for building structure and to complement the design indexes of the steel plate for complete building structure, Q390GJ, Q420GJ and Q460GJ steel produced by major domestic steel producers and processed by steel structure processing enterprises were investigated. The research includes mechanical properties. At the same time, independent material testing was carried out. The data are grouped according to the different grades of steel grades, and the yield strength data of each group of steel are statistically analyzed. Taking into account the reduction of upper and lower yield strength and the influence of experimental uncertainty, the statistical parameters of material uncertainty of Q390GJ, Q420GJ and Q460GJ steel are finally obtained. The obtained material uncertainty parameters will be used as the basis for the calculation of the resistance sub-coefficients in the next step, providing references for engineering designers to apply these steels.
