近年来,中国人以客观现实的态度,承认社会主义条件下也存在失业问题,在发展社会主义市场经济的过程中必须解决好失业问题。然而,面对当前日益扩大的失业大军,人们有着种种不同的认识;谈起如何解决失业问题,人们的思路又有着明显的差异。这种状况如不尽快改变,必将对深化改革、扩大开放、促进发展、保持稳定产生不良的影响。笔者认为,解决当前中国的失业问题,必须全面分析失业形势及其原因,把解决失业问题当作一项社会系统工程,这样才能理清解决问题的思路。
