本文从1988至1994年监测了小地老虎对3类9种常用杀虫剂的敏感性变化。结果表明:除敌百虫发展了中等水平抗性外,其他8种杀虫剂仅有低水平抗性或仍敏感;抗性倍数随不同年份而上下波动;增效剂XV_1、S_2、NIA-16388对具有抗药性的农药氰戊菊酯和敌百虫增效显著,而对无抗性的溴氰菊酯和甲胺磷无明显增效作用,这表明小地老虎对这些药剂的抗性可能与多功能氧化酶和酯酶活性增高有关。根据触杀毒力和抗性现状,溴氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氟氰菊酯和克百威等高效杀虫剂仍是防治小地老虎的优良药剂。
In this paper, from 1988 to 1994, the sensitivity of the tiger tiger to three classes of nine commonly used insecticides was monitored. The results showed that except for the trichlorfon developed moderate level of resistance, the other 8 kinds of insecticides had only low level resistance or remained sensitive; the multiple of resistance fluctuated with different years; the synergist XV_1, S_2, NIA- 16388 has significant synergistic effects on the pesticide fenvalerate and trichlorfon which are resistant, but no synergism on the non-resistant deltamethrin and methamidophos, indicating that the resistance of the tiger tiger to these agents May be associated with increased activity of multi-functional oxidase and esterase. According to the current status of exposure to virulence and resistance, high-performance insecticides such as deltamethrin, cyhalothrin, cyfluthrin and carbofuran are still excellent agents for the prevention and control of Landrace.
