Despite the unfavorable factors such as insufficient supply of raw milk, rising feed prices, low temperature blizzard and extreme high temperature, high temperature and humidity, China’s dairy industry still enjoyed a recovery development in 2010, and the whole industry recovered. 2010 Year, the output of raw milk in the whole country is expected to surpass 37.4 million tons in 2009; the number of dairy cows has started to turn from a decline in 2009 to a growth of 12.6 million for the whole year; and in 2010, more than 100,000 cows were imported in 2009 2.5 times the year. The total output of dairy products reached 2,159,900 tons, an increase of 11.18% over the same period of last year. The accumulated production of liquid milk reached 18,455,900 tons, an increase of 11.10% over the same period of last year. The cumulative output of milk powder reached 1,400,000 tons, an increase of 10.60% over the same period of last year. As can be seen from the above data, China’s dairy industry has gradually stepped out of the melamine milk powder incident. In the future “Twelfth Five-Year” period, China’s dairy industry will focus on the development of large-scale breeding, improve quality and efficiency, improve the level of dairy cows and raw milk quality and safety standards. The state will implement the policies, funds and projects in respect of the standardization of large-scale dairy cows, the construction of high-quality alfalfa and silage production bases, the control of major diseases in dairy cows, the purification of major diseases, the integration of dairy farm manure and farming and animal husbandry, and the quality and safety of raw milk To give support.
