采用熔融还原方式还原钒钛磁铁矿,借助化学分析和XRD等分析方法,考察了配碳量及供碳方式对钒钛还原的影响。研究表明:采用固体碳还原,随着配碳量的增加,铁中的[Ti]和[V]的质量分数均不断增加;不同的供碳方式对还原会产生很大影响,采用混合供碳方式还原效果最好,钒钛质量分数分别达到了0.221%和1.22%;钛在还原过程中有一定的脱硫能力,随着铁样中钛质量分数的增加,铁样中硫质量分数不断降低;随着Ti还原量的增加,V还原量也不断增加。
The vanadium titanomagnetite was reduced by the method of reduction by melting, and the effect of carbon content and carbon supply on the reduction of vanadium and titanium was investigated by means of chemical analysis and XRD. The results show that the mass fraction of [Ti] and [V] in iron increases with the increase of carbon content with solid carbon reduction. The different carbon supply methods have a great influence on the reduction. With the increase of the content of titanium in iron sample, the sulfur content in iron sample decreases continuously. With the increase of Ti reduction, V reduction also increased.
