随着我国经济建设的快速发展,我国城市化进程逐渐加快,建筑工程施工规模逐渐扩大,由于建筑项目面临着复杂的社会和自然环境,因而导致了工程具有风险性。做好建筑工程施工项目风险管理,能够确保建筑工程项目的顺利进行。本文主要结合某建筑工程,论述了该建筑项目风险识别和管控措施。
