毛细胞白血病(HCL)多发生于中年男性,因中枢神经系统感染或白血病浸润所致神经并发症仅5%。本文研究报道1例HCL同时伴发Guillain-Barre综合征(GBS)的罕见病例。患者男,78岁,因进行性四肢萎缩、便秘和尿潴留两周而入院。无病毒感染史,曾服用甲疏丙脯酸和双氢克尿塞。查体:体温正常,血压170/85mmHg,心肺腹无异常;神经系检查:颅神经未受累,四肢肌肉可见纤维震颤,肌力近端3级、远端4级,生理反射存在,足底反射(±),感觉正常。实
Hairy cell leukemia (HCL) occurs mostly in middle-aged men, due to central nervous system infection or leukemia infiltration caused by neurological complications only 5%. This study reports a rare case of HCL accompanied by Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS). Male, 78 years old, admitted to hospital for two weeks because of progressive limb atrophy, constipation and urinary retention. No history of virus infection, had taken a captopril and hydrochlorothiazide. Physical examination: normal body temperature, blood pressure 170 / 85mmHg, no abnormal heart and lung; neurological examination: cranial nerves are not involved, muscle fibers seen limbs tremor, proximal muscle 3, distal 4, the presence of physiological reflex, plantar reflex (±), feeling normal. real
