目的探讨胆脂瘤型中耳炎的病原菌分布及耐药性。方法用TSB-0.25%Glu、TSB-2%Alc、TSB-4%NaCl最佳培养基浓度,96孔板半定量生物膜,K-B琼脂扩散法进行抗菌药敏试验。结果产铜绿假单孢菌生物膜阳性株为第一位,其次为金葡菌,血浆凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌也有一定比例;产生物膜的葡萄球菌对头孢他啶较为敏感,假单孢/变形杆菌对喹诺酮类、三代头孢和泰能敏感。结论对细菌生物膜检测和耐药性分析,可避免临床抗菌药物的滥用。
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in cholesteatoma otitis media. Methods Antibacterial susceptibility test was carried out with TSB-0.25% Glu, TSB-2% Alc, TSB-4% NaCl medium concentration, 96-well semi-quantitative biofilm and K-B agar diffusion method. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm positive strain was the first, followed by Staphylococcus aureus, plasma coagulase-negative staphylococci also have a certain proportion; the membrane-producing staphylococci are more sensitive to ceftazidime, Pseudomonas / Proteus Quinolones, third generation cephalosporins and Thailand can be sensitive. Conclusion The detection of bacterial biofilm and analysis of drug resistance can avoid the abuse of clinical antibiotics.
