Objective To explore the influencing factors of sleep quality of college students and to provide a reference for the prevention of injuries. Methods A total of 3 154 undergraduates of Grade I and II in a certain university in Huainan City were enrolled in the study. The 260 students who had recurrent injury were selected as case group. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI) questionnaire. Results The incidence of injury was 27.65%. The incidence of falls was the highest (19.28%). The incidence of injuries to boys was 31.52%, significantly higher than that of girls (25.18%, P <0.01). The average scores of subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction in case group were significantly higher than those in control group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that sleep time, sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction were the risk factors ; The relative risk of student injury with abnormal sleep increased 1.91 times. Conclusion According to the sleep characteristics of recurrent injuries college students take appropriate interventions to prevent injury.
